We want you to be happy with your purchases. If you have a problem and wish to return any merchandise, just return it using the instructions below and we'll exchange or refund it:
The company offers:
1. A full refund* or exchange on all regular-priced online purchases of products if they are returned in the condition in which they were sold, with original tags**, within 30 days.
2. An exchange or credit note on all sale-priced online purchases of products returned in the condition in which they were sold, with original tags**, within 14 days of purchase.
Credit notes will be for the lesser of:
1. The amount originally paid
2. The current ticketed price of the merchandise in question.
*The company will reimburse your freight costs only if we were at fault. If an item is returned for refund, and it was originally sent to you with free shipping, the Company may deduct the cost of standard shipping from the refunded amount, unless we were at fault.
**If items that were returned do not have the original tags, the Company will deduct $10 from the amount being credited or refunded, to cover the costs of re-packaging, or add $10 charge to an exchange.
It is very important that any returned items are in the best (i.e original) condition possible; you have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods, so please take care of them. Please retain original packaging and labels.
The goods are your responsibility until we receive them. Returns will be processed within 30 days of receiving the items at our warehouse. Currently items cannot be refunded or exchanged in-store. Items for exchange or refund must be returned to the address below.
Refunds will be made to the card used for the original transaction. If your card has expired the return will be issued as a credit-note/store-credit.
Prior to shipping back your return, an e-mail must be sent to email@example.com requesting authorizstion for return, detailing the reasons for the request and providing daytime and evening phone numbers in case the Company needs to reach you. The subject line of the e-mail should be "RA - Order number xxxx(put actual order number here)". The Company will the issue a Return Authorization Number (RMA) which must be written on the original invoice you received and this invoice must accompany the merchandise returned.
